Terms of Service

Terms for using Dark Web, including account responsibilities, community participation rules, moderation authority, and enforcement boundaries.

Last updated March 9, 2026

Who can use Dark Web

You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction and to use the services we rely on for authentication. You may not use Dark Web if you are prohibited by law from using an online discussion service like this one.

Dark Web is a pseudonymous platform. You are responsible for choosing a handle that does not impersonate another person, brand, or moderator and for keeping your email account secure.

Community participation

You keep ownership of the content you post, but you give Dark Web a license to host, display, moderate, rank, and distribute that content inside the service. That license ends when your content is deleted from active systems, subject to backup, abuse-prevention, and legal retention needs.

Communities on Dark Web are moderated spaces. Moderators may remove posts, lock threads, warn members, mute members, or ban members when a discussion violates community rules or platform policy.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use Dark Web for illegal activity, credible threats, harassment, hate speech, non-consensual sexual content, commercial spam, coordinated manipulation, or attempts to evade moderation, rate limits, or trust systems.

You may not scrape private data from the service, create disposable-account farms, or attempt to deanonymize other users.

Enforcement and termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts, communities, or content that put users, moderators, or the platform at risk. We may also preserve moderation evidence and audit records when necessary to review abuse or meet legal obligations.

If you believe a moderation or enforcement action was made in error, you may appeal through the support channel provided in-product or in our launch communications.

Service limits

Dark Web is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep the service secure, stable, and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every piece of content will remain available forever.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material updates will be reflected in the date above and, when appropriate, surfaced inside the product.
